ust joking. I’m not even an actor.”(Kingsley先生在开玩笑呢,我不是演员。)
“What a pity! With your face and this body, I’m sure a lot of girls would love to see you shirtless on television now and then.
“Thank you.”(谢谢。)
“Actually Dylan came to see me a few days ago. Is he still in New York?”(其实几天前Dylan来找过我,他还在纽约吗?)
“He is on the plane back to China.”(他在回中国的飞机上。)
“What did you talk about?”(你们聊了些什么?)
“Just some acting stuff. He told me now he has more opportunities , he wants to challenge some different characters. So I gave him my advice. But he looked distracted that day. I could certainly tell he was worried about something.”(就是一些表演的事,他告诉我他现在有更多的机会了,他想挑战一些不一样的角色,所以我给了他一些建议。
“I have no idea. Was he in some kind of trouble?”(我完全不知道,他遇到什么麻烦了吗?)
“I don’t think so. I think it might have something to do with the recent big news in the financial world.”(我不这么认为,我觉得可能和最近金融界的大新闻有关。)
“That’s impossible. Dylan has no interests in finance.”(那不可能,Dylan对金融不感兴趣。)
“Maybe I was wrong.”(也许我弄错了。)John微笑着拿起咖啡喝了一口,不动声色地接着说:“I know your relationship with Dylan. And I believe you’ve had a clear idea about what the consequences will be if this goes public.
“I don’t know what you are talking about. We are just friends.”(我不知道你在说什么,我们只是朋友。)
